I ordered a custom ornament and the names were spelled right, which was definitely a relief. The spacing just looked a little off compared to the preview, so it wasn’t quite as neat as I was expecting. It’s not awful or anything, just a bit disappointing. Shipping was totally fine though. I really wanted to like merryreindeers.com, but it left me disappointed. The whole experience felt a bit messy and frustrating, and by the end I was more annoyed than satisfied.

Maybe other people have had better luck with it, but it just didn’t work out for me. I can’t see myself using it again, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending it to a friend.

To be fair, they did help me with what I needed, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not the quickest or most impressive either.

I tried placing an order, but the whole thing was just annoying. Pages were slow, checkout was glitchy, and I had to type the same info again. I ended up giving up.

My order ended up arriving way later than expected, and there wasn’t really any clear update along the way. I kept checking and still had no idea what was going on, which was frustrating. That part was weird.

I ordered from merryreindeers.com, and overall it was okay. At first, the price made it seem like a good deal, though once it arrived, the quality felt more average than I was expecting. Not terrible or anything, but it did make me wonder if the photos or description were doing a bit more work than the product itself.
It still did what I needed it to do, so I can’t say it was a total letdown. Shipping was fine, nothing special, and I might consider ordering again if there was a decent discount. At full price, though, I’d probably think twice
